    Seriously the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced! We had our car in for repairs which fell under warranty and as soon as they realised we would be getting the repairs for free treated us like second rate customers! Never received one call from the dealership EVER to let us know what was wrong, what was happening or even if the car was ready! When we picked the car up my partner spoke to sean and told him how he had to walk an hour to work, then do a 12 hour shift and he laughed! When asked why we couldn't have a donor car (which we had requested through holden customer car) he told us it just cost them too much money which is why they didn't give us one! Seriously the most disgusting service we have ever received we were going to purchase a holden trax in a couple months time but we wont be going there after the service (or I should say LACK of service) we received!
