    I purchased a quad bike under a verbal 3 month warranty and confirmed via email. I had the parts and labour undertaken in Qld with a few faults that came to light within the warranty period. Tom refused to discuss reimbursement and hung up the phone on me. He never mentioned nor provided anything written that parts had to be posted to him to cover the warranty. Still happy to post him the parts as proof via my local dealer. Wasn't interested in covering the labour nor even kicking in a bit towards the $800 bill. Not one cent.
