    I wanted a refund on a item I bought from them and they wouldnt give it to me they would only give me a store credit to buy something in their store so they dont lose out on money im so angry because when I purchased it I asked if I could bring it back and get a refund on it and the operator said yes I could but within 14 days. Never buy anything from there they are overpriced and very rude!!!!!!!!

    I loved the many origional designs by jewellery artists that they have on display. Not only that they have Pandora and a new range (an exquisite range) called Khloe. It's like Pandora but all semi precious rings and not as expensive. The service in their was great and the prices are very reasonable. A great shop. Love it. Will be ordering from them in the future.
