  Disgusting customer service! Called to arrange to view a property and called me back (and was quite rude) and said you cant view properties with them before handing in an application!? Seemed extremely odd and invasive but applied anyway (Have excellent references, rental history and I work) completed an application which included all my id, references and personal information (which I found extremely invasive) they even called and spoke to my boss to confirm my employment!? Sent them an email to follow up my application and the office admin said she has processed my application and I would receive a call within a couple days, still no contact 5 days later so sent email and also left message which they didn't return, waited another 2 days and rang her and she didn't even answer just hung up on me! Rang the office to be told the property was leased!? You would think that given them all my personal details and even speaking to my boss about a property I had never even viewed would at least warrant an email to say I was unsuccessful? Rude and disrespectful, not surprising the word around town is to stay away from them and currently there front window is smashed in!?
